Ralio Sung
CFO of North American Region, Foxconn
Ralio Sung joined the Foxconn Technology Group finance team in October 2015 as a Finance Director to support the CFO with numerous cross-border, strategic investment and capital market projects, including the GE Home Appliance bidding process, Sharp acquisition, Toshiba Flash Memory carveout bidding and several series of Bond issuances. In October 2017, Ralio became the Regional CFO of the North America Region, with responsibilities that include leading and building up the regional finance team to support the Foxconn project in Wisconsin, delivering investment & job creation pursuant to the WEDC development agreement, building the corporate governance system, leading the corporate service platform, overseeing risk management & budget control, engaging with business teams regarding medical device & PPE production, and directing overall financial strategy for the North American Region. In the last several years, Ralio also frequently joins HQ/CEO strategic meetings on behalf of the finance team in order to deliver financial expertise.
Prior to joining Foxconn, Ralio was the CFO at D-Link Corporation, a global leading brand in networking connectivity for home, SOHO, small business and mid-size enterprise markets. He also served as the Spokesperson, Board Secretary, Investment Committee/Credit Committee/CSR Committee member for the company and a Board Director for several listed companies and major subsidiaries such as Z-Com, IC+, QuieTek and D-Link Europe, D-Link International, etc. Before his 11 years with D-Link, he was a banker with 10 years of experience in corporate banking territory for several commercial banks, including Chinatrust Commercial Bank. Ralio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from National Taiwan University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Chang Gung University EMBA program in Taiwan.
